Design Services

  

  • Initial Design Consultation (New Clients) ~ $250 
 This takes place in the clients home to help to determine which service is best suited for their project. The consultation is an important, learning experience to help the client determine if hiring an interior designer is the correct route. No home or client is the same and there is no outline for a consultation. Through the process of actively listening, understanding your needs and desires, an appropriate recommendation can be made. In some cases the client decides that hiring a professional is not the best solution. During the 2 hour consultation, we will discuss your personal tastes, likes, and dislikes, timeline, budget, etc...  Tips and Ideas are always given to the client at a consultation.
The fee is to be payed at the time of the consultation. 


  • In Home Styling/Staging ~ 5 Hours $400
             A hands on service for those wanting to freshen up what they already have or those getting prepared to Sell their homes.  This is arranging furniture and accessories, hanging art, etc...

  • Shopping with client ~ $125 per Hour


  •  e~ Styling~   Starts at $500 
              I will do all of the styling from my computer to yours. You e-mail me pictures and measurements of the room to be styled and then I'll give you information on what to buy and where to purchase everything.  A virtual design board will be emailed to you with selections of *furniture to buy or how to use your own existing furniture, along with everything from accessories to rugs and lighting. In addition, paint/wallpaper/finish samples, and hardware & fabric ideas will be emailed to you. 
  *In Some Instances, to the trade only, items may be purchased directly through Lindsey Binz Home Company and shipped or delivered to you. 


Price is per room
Delivery time 6-8 weeks after project begins~ Start time depends on how many projects I am working on at the date of receiving your completed questionnaire, photos and deposit/executed design contract.  Client is responsible for executing the design.

A combination of services suited to meet the needs of the client and their unique project. 

  • Luxury Interior Design~ Starts at $1,000.00 per space and fee to be determined after initial consultation
FULL SERVICE interior planning and design for clients that would like to invest in making their home reach it's full potential. Provided in phases that have a definite projected completion date. Keep in mind there are sometimes many others involved in the project that could effect the completion date.
